She Wants To Make Women Feel Beautiful
Garner is a swimsuit designer, and has her own line called Kimberley London Swimwear. She tells Women Fitness that she wants all women to feel incredible in her pieces. "It's such a great feeling being on the beach in a beautiful bikini. I have focused on every detail of the collection, wanting to make girls feel beautiful."

She Combines Zumba and Ballet
Garner revealed some of her favorite workouts in her Women Fitness interview. She says that she likes to combine workouts to work on different things. Garner likes to do two different dance based workouts to stay in shape. "I do a mixture of Zumba and Ballet. Zumba is a great way to stay in shape and is also really fun. I go with a girlfriend each week and it is such a giggle, we find we are dancing around all evening after it. I also do Ballet once a week, it's very relaxing and great for core strength."
3 She Loves Green Juices
Garner tells Women Fitness that one of her diet secrets is drinking a green juice in the morning. "I have started loving Green Juice as an alternative to coffee, it's made up of lots of healthy green vegetables. It's not the most yummy thing, but it really makes me feel so well. Running around in London can be so busy and it's a great way to get some vitamins."

She Treat Herself Once In A While
Garner tells Women Fitness that she eats healthy. However, she does admit that she likes to treat herself once in a while. "I have always had a real sweet tooth," she says. "I love my sweet treats and feel that life is too short to not enjoy yourself occasionally."
